Leveraging his extensive network and abilities, Pascal has, in recent years, specialized in direct investments and commercial real estate ventures.
An epicurean and naturally curious individual, he also has a deep appreciation for music and art. His solid experience, analytical approach, and passion for challenges bring a well-rounded balance to our company.
Fred Wilco BOOTSMA

After graduating in tax, civil law and economy, Fred started his career with one of the International Tax and Accounting firms before starting his own consultancy firm in international tax services in Amsterdam, NL.
During his 35+ year career, Fred gained extensive know-how and experience with structuring businesses, company accounting and tax, financial and cash flow reporting, risk management and compliance.
After the sale of his business and an 18 months’ sabbatical, he continued working as Director of Finance in portfolio funds, initially in real estate funds, and presently in private equity portfolio funds.
He is a multidisciplinary, dedicated, precise, and ambitious professional, with a solid background in international taxation, accounting, law, and compliance. His experience includes direct collaboration with regulators, lawyers, tax advisors, accountants, notaries, banks, and registrars, serving both corporate and private clients.
Susanna Ikebana ALVAREZ

Susanna began her career in the tourism industry and then in the private banking industry in Geneva where she spent 15 years, before transitioning to the commercial real estate sector. She leveraged her extensive network and created her own real estate company.
After 9 years she eventually decided to sell her company to Pascal in order to fully dedicate herself to her true passion: MUSIC. At heart and a pianist for many years, she focused as musician and today she is a profesional filmscoring composer for soundtracks and owns her own recording studio. She composes, arranges, recordes and produces her owen music. She works between the United States and Europe, particularly in France and Spain.
With her eclectic background, Susanna brings to our company her artistic, her eclective network, her expertise in communication and her natural ability to connect with people.
